Oh What A Night!

This was the reason we have crossed from West to East. It was Kate's daughters 30th birthday party.

The theme was Hollywood. I was doing a passable impression of Jake Elwood I thought! I love my new hat, I've not stopped wearing it since I bought it in Cardiff last week!

We had an absolute blast I must admit .. we were a little apprehensive, as I would imagine most people would be, when you go to party where you know almost no one there. But hey .. we make our own fun ... me and Dawn are the original twenty four hour party people! (that may not actually be true!)

I am rather glad we had a quiet day in the house whilst Gavin and Kate were sorting out the venue, as Dawn had me dancing all night, I was knackered, tired and emotional and boogied out by the time the final song came on ... we didn't get in until 2am ... dirty stop outs eh?
