Lifeboat Station Moelfre #Anglesey
Another fine day in Anglesey.
Took the car to Amlwch to finish the repair of the rear door, two hours to waste so I had another walk round the town. Had a coffee at a different cafe today, it's run by an old school friend called Gaynor, had a bit of chat with her. Then another friend, Catherine, came in and had a chat with her - her husband worked with MrD at Octel for a while. Octel has been closed for over ten years.
Took a detour along the Lligwy road to Moelfre to take today's blip. It has really changed since September and looked very good with the sun shining on it.
Met a lady whom I first met with the Sailor back in May of this year. She had walked with her very elderly Chow dog, told me the dolphins were around yesterday but sadly none today.
Did some Christmas shopping at the RNLI shop and spoke with a young man who'd lost an arm whilst working at sea, said he was lucky to be alive and that he felt someone watching over him that day. Great attitude :-)
