Tom

Went to open studio today and continued with the portrait I started yesterday. It still has a long way to go, but I made some major changes today. Now it looks a lot more like Tom. I had a good time painting with my friends. Everybody is doing so well. Erin, who went to art school when se was 19, and who is around my age now, said that after so many years as an artist, she is learning to paint more expressively. She credited Trish and all of us for the new growth in her painting. I know just how she feels. We learn so much and share so much. That's why I love to go there to paint.
