Ripples on the Pond

I really liked the ripple effect on the reflection of the posts around the pond. The duck and ducklings were a bonus.

I learned today that the 4 Canadian Geese goslings that also inhabit this pond, and which I have blipped before, have been killed. I understand the reasons - that they cause a lot of damage in pasture, or in this case golf course, and breed prolifically needing culling, but it is still sad. It is a harsh world out there when man interferes.
