Ready to bake

It is the last ever cake club tomorrow. My cake is made, it takes 2 hours to cook so Phil is having to bake it for me tomorrow because we had dog agility tonight as Monday was cancelled. I feel all over the place this week what with us going to Bruges at the weekend then Phil being away on Monday I am feel very out of kilter.
