Murky Day

Horrible murky day here, short walk with Ted this morning as even he wasn't keen!

Day 27 of Radiotherapy - had one of the more chatty radiographers today who reassured me the areas of my skin which are the most painful are not being zapped this week and as they are now being treated with hydrogel should start to heal and feel a bit more comfortable......they're not at the moment but it was good to hear. Only 2 more to go! Back to feeling a sense of relief about finishing but also scared as this is the end of hospital treatment for me, I have started the hormone tablets which are another weapon against re-occurrence but there are no guarantees........and that's hard to come to terms with.
