Highly Effective Manager Programme

Day two of the module was a lot of fun. We focused on how to develop greater influence, building networks, emotional intelligence and the power of language.

Lots of group work, flip charts and here are the tatty remains from one of our (humorous) attempts to build a campaign to close a cafe in a hopsital! Got to love a hash tag!

So...I've survived the first module and met some really engaging people from across the organisation. I'm staying over in MK tonight ready for a de-briefing meeting with my line manager tomorrow morning.
