Snow!

During the night hours, a heavy, wet snowfall blanketed the world outside. In its silent hush, it bent strong branches, filled bird sanctuaries and erased to roads. TV, internet and electricity were small victories in its desire to make the world white and pure again. The late autumn drear of brown earth and skeletal trees was brightened and the pines took on an otherworldly look.

Tomorrow is Thanksgiving Day...I do give thanks every day, but tomorrow share it with close friends over a mutual feast of good fortune and health. I wish the same to my blip friends and others. :-))
