Black and White Challenge #2

Dear old Dad. This may be the only surviving photo of my dad from his youth. Judging by the age he looks in this photo, this was probably taken in the early 1940's. I think the location was out in the neighborhood near his family's home. I'm pretty sure they wouldn't have owned a camera, so the identity of the photographer is a mystery to me. My father was the youngest of 10 children, so it is possible that the camera belonged to one of the older siblings. Each time I look at this photo, I am struck by the strong resemblance one of my nephews bears to my dad. Tall and gangly, with even a similar posture. There is definitely something in those genes!
