Where am I?

It has to be admitted, I'm pathologically punctual. I've never believed in stressing myself by allowing 20 mins for a 15 minute journey. Instead, I'm happy to arrive ridiculously early and sit for 20 minutes outside a work venue until it's time to go in. There's always something to do, but best of all is just to sit and notice. I'm impressed by the fact that this street runs due East and West... seriously it does, it's just that my hand is shaky.
