Odd hut

Was driving down to Plymouth today and saw this rather odd hut in the middle of nowhere... can't be a bus shelter because there was this sticky up thing in the middle... Could not get to see what it was as it was mizzly and the traffic was not playing ball.... but took a couple of shots just to show as I love the roof and colour of the structure....Maybe someone will let me know what they think it is for!
