Good Morning Mr Jay!

Mr Jay arrived for his normal breakfast of Peanuts,both shelled and unshelled.
But this morning the light was c--p. So in desperation I reached for my flashgun and snapped it in the hotshoe of my D3.
No having a clue what to expect.I left the cam on manual.Cranked the shutter round to X250 fp and Aut ISO and hit the shutter 5-6 times over a period of 10 mins while the Jay came in for his food!
This is one of the resulting shots.
By the way,the feeder is about 20-25 feet away so the flash has carried well?
Never be afraid to experiment.
