The bitter cold and my camera do not mix well! So when I saw this branch with what looked like 'strings' of frozen water droplets hanging down, and found I was able to take a photo of it, I did just so very quickly!

On a morning of patchy fog and frost, the countryside was effected the most.

Regarding the 'string' it did in fact blow in the slight breeze, I think its a remnant of a spiders web hanging down, with water droplets frozen to it... but I could be wrong.
