Mint Sauce ❤️

Needlework this morning.....So cold and wet...!! (Can't believe a severe frost one minute and raining hard the next)...popped over to see Mum and Dad on the other side of town this afternoon...❤️ Truth is...Once I had returned home at lunchtime I could have just "gone into hibernation" (Only 3*c) and not ventured out later....Glad I did...!! I put pork chops into the slow cooker with a mixture of veg, which was a very welcome once I returned from my Governors meeting this evening.....Xx
