Survivor

I snapped this tree (a Red Maple I beleive) earlier in the year because I was so taken with the leaves.

Since then, new housing has meant the demise of the little copse that this tree stood on the edge of. So there's a lot fewer trees around here now. But I'm glad this one survived.
