Ready for thanksgiving!!

Picked this Pumpkin about 3 weeks ago and it's turned this lovely colour, I am sure Colleen will make good use of it. They love Pumpkin pie but not me.
All that seems to be left in the garden now are a few thin leeks.
Cold but sunny today nice walk down by the locks and in Springhead Park at Rothwell, interspersed with grocery shopping. Then more shopping in Castleford on way home for Christmas presents, and some Christmas cards for my neighbour.
Incidentally those things in the background are mealworms, dead ones, for the Robin, I think the hedgehog has gone into hibernation now.
