Day 329 (Lincoln 5C Light Blue)

A touch of busyness today with waiting for a delivery, then the weekly visit with my community midwife, and the girly's four monthly visit to the orthoptics clinic. Time to chill out with a bit of telly and meditation. I've decided to put on one of my favourite quartz points tonight with a touch of clary sage and orange essential oils on the cotton cord.
