It's true, there's no such thing as a free lunch.

Thankfully the council leader is a fantastic raconteur and opened the event entertainingly well. It was also closed by an interesting panel discussion.

It felt quite positive too as this used to be a regular event in the property world, but died out during the last few years. Starting it up again seemed a real statement of confidence so I am glad it was well attended.

The food could have been better.
