Thank god for my local Starbucks as I'm locked out the house again!!!

How I hear you ask?

Well the house keys which I thought were in my coat left at the office are not there and Mr J is out late night shopping. I was hoping he would have been back before I finished my run. I guess not!!

On a positive note just ran back 4 miles from the office so feeling fab
