Pumpkin Loaves

A few days ago I posted a picture of some pumpkins that I had roasted. I had used a variety of pumpkins and gourds to decorate my front doorstep during the autumn and now I have been cooking them up. After roasting about half of the gourds a few days ago, today I finished off the last of the cooked flesh, using it to bake these two loaves – one of my favourite ways to eat pumpkin!
