261 [cauliflower soup]

I'm running out of soup in the freezer to take into work for lunch, so today I bought a cauliflower to make some - the last batch was superb! I ended up not making it tonight, but as there is just one day left until the weekend, I can wait until later. Sweet Potato and Lentil tomorrow. Yum!
