Poor Minsty Mogg!

I feel like a cruel cat owner today...

Minstrel had a Vet appointment this morning, as he keeps scratching constantly. (You can see bald bits near his ears where he has fetched his fur out!) There's no sign of fleas or any obvious reason.

Anyway, due to his tendency to vomit on car trips we got Zeph to take up Minsty's food early this morning, so he was really hungry and pestering before his appointment. He then had to endure the Vet prodding and poking him as well as the trip there and back. He was given a few cat snacks for his trouble - not too many fortunately!

Then once we got him home,after he'd had a good feed we had to wrestle with him use the ear-wash stuff the Vet gave us, without disturbing the routine flea and worming solution the Vet had put on his back! Of course he didn't enjoy that in the slightest! And needless to say he has spent the rest of the morning giving us dirty stares and looking very sorry for himself! He has to have the ear-wash every other day so it may be a while before he's friends with me again!
