Skylight . . . ray against the grey

This morning was fun down at Sandy Beach. It went from gold to grey rather quickly, until the whole horizon with towering clouds was one big rain mass. The progression of the cold front with strong northerly winds brought our first nip of cold. The winds stayed all day, the rain all morning, overcast all day and the chill remains tonite. Do we need that extra blanket?
