A Living Dinosaur in Work

On my way to the lift in work I pass the tuatara enclosure each day and rarely take a look. Today they were out and about, but it was not easy to capture them through the glass.

Although tuatara look like lizards they aren't lizards they are part of a distinct dinosaur lineage the only remaining creature of the Rhynchocephalia. They are endemic to New Zealand.
