It really is a terrible job!

I suppose he no longer looks old .,,, but he also does not look human.

I hope I have the courage to just age gracefully.

I had a lazy day and the went for a quick run. Man it is empowering. I have not felt all that empowered these last two weeks. I felt tired and icky. However I still managed to run/walk nearly 4km. I ran most of it and dealt with a hill with great strength. I only walked briefly due to logistical issues.
