in a nearby tree - recently seen - after snowfall and leaves have fallen - leaving it exposed - it made me wonder - what does happen to nests - left behind - do birds return to them - the following year - to lay eggs again - do they get recycled - or do they simply go by - the wayside and perish - whichever may be - the case - i believe there is such - a natural beauty to them - seeing this one - up close - you can see how intricate - it is - the care taken - to put it together - to ensure safety - for the little ones - and the total resourcefulness - of mama and papa bird - in building home - for their young - to come - amazement in nature - how glorious - what a sight to behold - which makes for...
