When in Australia...

There's much to recommend Adelaide - the world famous cricket oval (which I'm going to next week!), the cycling velodrome, the best wine in the world, more sun than you can shake a stick at and ofcourse the magnificent beaches.

We caught the tram to Glenelg today to take a stroll along the promenade and soak up the rays. It is a wonderful place, with loads to see, great food and a spectacular shoreline.

I remembered the beach volleyball from last time so I was thrilled to see the South Australian schools tournament was in full swing when we got there.

What a way to get your daily dose of physical activity!
