Salute To The Sun.

Yes folks, the sun has returned! I'd forgotten how warm it is. Linda was out as usual doing her yoga after a few rounds of the pool. We had the Ikea salmon & spinach lasagne last night. I'll rephrase that; Linda had it, I tasted one mouthful and spat it out. Do yourself a favour - don't buy it unless you really, really like spinach and tail end of salmon, it's dreadful. As if to make up for it, we went in search of some paella this afternoon and ended up having a delicious burger instead in a café called,"Aqui y Ahora", (here and now). Run by an Argentinian couple; all the food is home made and pretty amazing.
