Toastie

I made these for lunch, spiced meat smoked cheese
tomatoes and chutney, I don't have a toastie machine
so I cook them in the grill pan, just as good well in my
opinion better:-)) My eldest Grandaughter won a
spa pampering day for two, so this morning she came
here and surprised Leah Isla's ma and took her as her
guest, they are away up to Elgin and won't be home
until tonight, how lovely and thoughtful is that.
