Mono Monday - Five

There has been sunny periods so far today but not as many as I hoped. As it's one of our busy days I'm blipping early to make sure I get it done. I've used the miniature filter again but it's turned out a bit blurry for the mono, never mind you live and learn eh!

This is my entry for skeena's Mono Monday - Five challenge this week. These are five of the ingredients needed for tea tonight, onions, carrots, prunes , thyme and sausages! We're having a recipe from Hugh Fearnfully-Whittingstall's Fruit Everyday book, that has turned out to be a real favourite for the three of us. It's Sausage and Lentil Hotpot with Prunes! Might be a bit windy later on so apologies if you live nearby!;-)
