Carnage

02:44 and I can't sleep again. Just rubbish. Rubbish food, rubbish health, rubbish head....

This is just doing my head in.... so Blip comes to the rescue and provides a distraction to the mental turmoil of my head. Thank you to AnArtistsLife and Fluffikins and others for providing something to take me out of myself.

Not sure if this is the life I am supposed to be living.

I am sure things will be better in the morning.
