Weekly repeat
Despite the lovely weather yesterday, the dogs did not have a great day. Had to sit in the car most of the day as they weren't allowed in the restaurant. They had had a good morning walk on foot and on the way home in the dark, Angie and the dogs got out away before home and did a brisk 45 minute march across the fields and through the village.
So they were very pleased with todays cloudless blue sky and relatively warm temperature and the chance to really stretch their legs. The Blip shows them waiting for me to pick up Flash at the half way point, exactly at the spot I took last Sunday's Blip.
Spent all day with the high pressure water cleaner getting our "car park" freed of moss, grass and muck that has accumulated over at least the last 12 years. Being about 25 x 15 m and paved with brick size stones, there are a lot of joints!
Actually didn't look bad beforehand but wanted to ease the snow shoveling should it be necessary this year! However once you start and one brick sparkles light grey, one has little choice but to do the rest.
Finished in the dark and came in to a wonderful Roast Pork dinner Angie had prepared, using beer of course to baste the roast and produce a divine crackling! No risk of having to go to the dentist tomorrow, It was beautifully airy and crisp, melting in the mouth.
One happy teddy going to bed.....
Have a great week all you lovely Blipers and thanks for all your support again last week.
