Rain...

Despite the murk, I actually had lots of blip potential, including disgruntled tourists who were huddled under umbrellas whilst being punted up the river. There's lots of autumnal colour in Cambridge still, so it would have been a good choice.

However, once home, the way the raindrops were hitting a large puddle also caught my eye, so I switched lenses, togged up again and faced the elements... The shot is cropped considerably to accentuate the droplet... I'm quite pleased with this one!

Thank you so much for all the love for yesterday's blip. It has been in the spotlight for most of the day and even made the front page for a while. According to blip statistics, it's my second most popular blip, so I am very chuffed!
