Without walls

Had to take the two cars over to the garage today, one for tyres, the other for brake pads and alternator.

On the way back I noticed this house, which I have walked past many times. Today i noticed that the garage is without walls.
I have no idea if this is a recent event or what.
It has no roof either.

After I got back we did a spot of winter tidying in the garden.
