This Norman Whitfield song and production lay in the can unreleased for twenty-four years, until This Is Northern Soul Vol. 2 in 1998, just one of many unreleased gems by Jimmy Ruffin, best remembered for his big hit What Becomes Of The Broken Hearted. However, the backing track was used by Whitfield six years later for a great single version of the same song by Martha Reeves and the Vandellas, Their vocals were added to the the Andantes' six year old backing vocals on 2nd September 1970.
