Look!!!

Took a walk through the Blean this morning. Very wet and grey, quite a pleasant walk though.

The Fishcakes birthday party is today where we headed into Canterbury to the overpriced experience that is build a bear factory. My wife had some other mothers there to help so I took my son to the Canterbury Tales. I've taken him once before and he loved Chaucer's stories (toned down for kids). Today was no exception.

Christmas is in full swing in civilization land. In November. Working from home, I don't get into the towns or city much. Its also positively heaving with people. If/when I get another job that requires me to be in the mist of that again I may find the transition challenging. It might be nice for a change though :-)

Lots of looking going on today. Lots of half looks, little looks and "I'll just take a quick look at that" looks. Lots of veiled faces and hidden needs. lots of shiny things, lots stuffed toys and empty wallets.
