Saint Nicholas time...

Today I baked again some filled spiced biscuit (gevulde speculaas) the whole house smells devine... It is a delicacy they say, but I don't like it ... I enjoy the baking...
And that is much better for me... ;-))


In the Netherlands this is mainly eaten around Saint Nicholas and Christmas time...
