Everywhere is Waterlogged

Everywhere is waterlogged
Puddles and even floods
And the great big chasms at the side of the road and on the roads that are jokingly called potholes( for potholes read deep trenches)are full of water and if you happen to drive through one you risk the suspension on your car breaking
Don't we pay enough road tax for these to be repaired?
