Sunday morning

On Sundays recently Gary has been taking Hannah and James swimming and I been going for a walk. Sadly most recent Sundays have also been very soggy but at least my new wellies have be!en getting used! I usually see quite a few runners (some that i know too) and i am keen to get running again soon...it's been too long!

This week i walked 5km (the distance included a quick trip to waitrose cafe too!)
