Broadband was off until yesterday.

C phoned on Monday & was told we need a new router. He told them to leave it, because we are cancelling the contract (not the first problems we had & their customer service is appalling). On Tuesday we got an sms to say the new router is on the way. The router arrived yeterday, but the internet was still not working. C phoned again, only to be told their is a fault at the exchange. Why did they not test the line on Monday to find this out? Today we received a leter confirmig the cancellation. The mind boggles.
