Poutine

...or 'Chips, Cheese & Gravy' as the chip shop near the football ground calls it. I feel much better about my weakness for this pre-match meal now that a good Canadian friend has pointed out that it is the proud Canadian dish, Poutine.
True poutine would use cheese curds, apparently, but they often just use cheese.
Whatever it is, it's bloody lovely.
