Practice makes....well, just practice

Ben's coach seems like a really nice guy. Ben overreacted when he got hit by the ball - all sorts of drama for attention. So the coach poked him with the ball arm, the head, the leg and the belly: "Does this hurt? Well it shouldn't! It's a soft ball, Ben! Toughen up!" I love the look on his face. He knows he won't get away with that anymore. He had a couple nice hits today.


It was a difficult day to have Ben home on suspension. Katrina had to have an x-ray test at the hospital so I had to drop him off at his grandma's house for a few hours. (Katrina did great even though she was nervous.)

I'm wiped out and I can't believe it's already eleven.....good night!!
