A bit of an action packed day and it was not until later that I saw any action myself in spite of being invited out to supervise The Boss with garden tidying following some pretty serious wind. We have a wonderful old (about 100 years) English Lime Tree which provides grrreat shade from the Wanaka Summer late in the day heat but tends to drop bits in 100 Km gales and this with lawn mowing and general tidying kept The Boss occupied most of the day.
Then, as the day started to cloud up again, we went out and saw this.
It has, I believe been the windiest November we have had for some time but The Boss gets our English Lime “Maintained” every Winter so it is only dead bits that fall off. They are of course “Sticks” but I like mine delivered by Air direct and have no interest in pre-delivered sticks at all, So The Boss picks them up and pops them in the rubbish and I sometimes watch but mostly stay inside away from the Lawn Mower. Asyoudo.
