Leporiphobia

I've just watched the Father Ted episode where the Bishop is afraid of rabbits (he had a bad experience with rabbits in a lift where they started nibbling his cloak and things) which is apparently called Leporiphobia.

Ted and Dougal end up with loads of rabbits in their house (predictably). Glad I've just got Leo. I did have a weird dream where a lady rabbit got in to my house and I ended up with lots of baby rabbits.

The origins of this dream can be traced back to me being about twelve and we got two guinea pigs. We'd had them a few weeks and one morning I went out to the hutch to find...little tiny mice in beside the guinea pigs! Only they weren’t mice, they were baby guinea pigs one of our lady guinea pigs had produced! I was delighted, my parents weren't so chuffed. A week or two later, we found more tiny guinea pigs in the hutch- the other guinea pig had given birth! The excitement! They had both been pregnant when we got them but we hadn't known (and I believe the person selling them claimed not to have known either). So that was a highlight, lots of tiny baby guinea pigs. As I said, my parents (who didn't even want us to have a pet, this had been a long process) weren't quite as pleased as my brother and I.
