Light and Water

My usual walks are for exercise and generally take me over the same terrain so that I raise my heart rate with a few hills and finish quickly. Today I decided to walk through the City of Walnut Creek and look for blips. I found this one on the underside of an elevated fountain. I can't say I got much exercise, but I had a lot of fun.
