'Here's looking at you!'

L and I had our first visit to the Scottish Owl Centre today. The centre which in Polkemmet Country Park has one of the largest collections of owls, both large and small, in the world. This wee beauty is a Striped Owl from Central and South America and according to the information given they like to nest on the ground.

We also enjoyed a rather mucky walk along the banks of the River Almond where we watched a couple of dogs having the most wonderful time with water, sticks and ball.
