Walking The Dog

Had a lovely cycle to Aiden's ballet class and back, beats walking, so much quicker and definitely kinder to my Achilles' tendons. Even managed to stop for some shopping and made it home with bags on the handle bars in record time, to at last have lunch at an acceptable time.

Took Lola out for a walk and now it's time to prepare supper. Chicken, Cheesy layered Potatoes and peas then settle down to x-factor.
