Following our walk on Hampstead Heath we had lunch in Polly's with Alun Davies. He was at the next table with wife and girls :)

Then back to the aforesaid King's Cross for our 6-hour return trip to Edinburgh, via Carlisle, due to works between Newcastle and Edinburgh. But it was very comfortable with our crisps and MP3.
