History repeats itself...
Were it not for blipping I would have no idea what happened last year on this day. Turns out it was exactly like today; wet, wet, wet. I was happy about the same things then too; that with every drop the urban glaciers shrink down a bit more, things start popping out, and it seems that there might be an end to winter after all.
All drainage systems in the yard are doing their jobs well, as designed, carrying the melt water out to the alley, the street, the drains, the Mississippi, the Gulf of Mexico.
I'm pretty sure that is a gardening itch I'm feeling.
Because of this good fun and double mention today I gained two new subscribers and a boat load of views. How nice is that? Very.
