It's not easy being green!

After a decade of denial of water permits ,near penury and dogged determination ,finally victory has been achieved ,permits granted and the water turned on to 3 x660 metre central pivots delivering gravity fed farm water to 100 hectares each.
As the water poured out of the units, a storm raced down the valley ,dumping the temperature from 18 deg C to 8 deg C and heavy rain with it as if in salute.
I cannot put into words what this triumph means to this modern pioneering family…we raised a few glasses of bubbles to celebrate.
